1) Are the products shipped vacuum-packed?

Yes, all cured meats and cheeses are vacuum-packed before shipping, except for whole baffe and salamini, which can be vacuum-packed upon request in the order notes.

2) Can custom gift packages be created?

Custom gift packages are created only for orders of more than 20 units per type. Alternatively, you can purchase empty wooden boxes and separately buy the desired products; you can then assemble the gift package once you have received the goods.

3) Can I add more products after the order is completed?

Unfortunately, no, we are unable to process such requests. You can only cancel the order by sending an email to shop@titospeck.it with the order number.

4) Are the cured meats gluten-free and lactose-free?

Yes, all Tito Speck products, including cured meats, salami, sausages, and cooked meats, are gluten-free and lactose-free.

5) How long will it take for my order to arrive?

From the moment of shipment, the order should arrive within 3-4 business days. During peak periods of order volume, we ask for your understanding in case of slight delays.

6) How can I check the status of my order?

To get information about your order status, you need to provide a mobile number and an email address when completing the order. The courier should provide shipment updates via SMS or email within a few days after the order is shipped. If you don't receive these updates, please contact us by email at shop@titospeck.it.

7) What payment methods are available?

The available payment methods are: advance bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

8) Are the products labeled with name, weight, and ingredients?

Yes, all cured meats are labeled according to legal requirements, with ingredients, nutritional values, and product names.

9) Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all EU countries. Unfortunately, we cannot process shipments to Norway, Malta, the UK, or Switzerland. For further information, please visit the Shipping and Payment page.

10) How should I store the products after receiving them?

The cured meats are shipped vacuum-packed, so they have a relatively long shelf life. However, we recommend storing them in the fridge. Cheeses and cooked products should also be kept in the fridge.

11) Can I have the products cut and packaged as I wish? Or divided into pieces?

The service of dividing products into pieces is available only for whole baffe of Speck Tradizionale 5kg and Riserva 7kg: we can divide the Speck into a maximum of 4 pieces. If you would like this, simply specify it in the NOTES section during checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service for the following products: Speck Squadrato Tradizionale and Riserva, Pancetta, Guanciale, or other products/sizes available in the online shop. Therefore, other products cannot be divided or modified in terms of size from what is indicated in the shop.
