Cheese dumplings

Traditional dumplings with cheese. Our tip: Boil for 10-15 minutes in lightly salted water or broth. Serve with melted butter and Trentingrana or with sauerkraut and smoked and stewed loin.
Bread cubes (wheat flour type “0“, water, lard, olive oil, yeast, salt), freeze-dried cheese powder 19% (water, cheese 3,4%, milk protein, butter, flavourings and smoke flavourings, salt, emulsifiers: E331-E452, acidulant: E330, yeast extract) water, onion, vegetable broth (water, natural flavours, dehydrated vegetable in variable proportion: onion, celery, carrot, leek, parsley), pasteurised eggs, passteurised yolk, parsley, flavours, sunflower seed oil and peanut oil, nutmeg, coriander, garlic, salt. May contain traces of soy, nuts, hazelnuts, almonds and sesame seeds. Keep refrigerated at +0-4°C.
