Every gift basket includes hay from our meadows

We gather it from the meadows around the Maso in Daiano and nestle the products in it in every basket. When you open the box, a little of the scent of Val di Fiemme comes with it.

    We prepare the parcels and hand them to the express courier, all to your company address or separately to each recipient.

About us

We are a family from Daiano in Val di Fiemme. We make Speck the way grandfather Tito taught us: dry salting with juniper and aromatic herbs from our family recipes, smoking over beechwood and all the time it needs to mature. It is the same Speck we serve at the Maso and sell in our shops.
