Custom gift packages are only made for quantities of 20 or more per type. Alternatively, you can purchase empty wooden boxes and buy the desired products separately; you can then create the package once you receive the goods.

Yes, all Tito Speck products, including cured meats, salamis, sausages, and cooked meats, are gluten-free and lactose-free.

From the moment of shipping, the order will arrive at its destination within approximately 3-4 business days. During periods of high order volume, we ask for your understanding regarding any slight delays.

The accepted payment methods are: Bank transfer in advance, PayPal, or Credit card.

By law, we will be required to withdraw products from sale 24 hours before their expiration date, but as a company decision, we withdraw products approaching expiration at least 2 weeks before the date indicated on the package. These timeframes refer to FROM THE MOMENT OF ORDER PAYMENT to guarantee customers the necessary time to use the purchased products. Each product has different expiration dates based on legal requirements, and the expiration period starts from the moment of packaging in production.

Since May 4, 2022, we have decided to apply a fixed cost for all national (€22.90) and international (€19.90) shipments for the refrigerated shipping service that we provide exclusively during the summer period (approximately from April until the end of September or the end of the warm season at our discretion based on temperatures).

By offering this service, we guarantee our customers the preservation of products throughout the entire transport phase, entrusting the goods to a refrigerated courier who is legally obligated to maintain the cold chain during all shipping phases, from taking charge of the goods to home delivery and during all warehouse storage phases.

The cost or shipping method is not an option that can be chosen or specified by the customer, but rather a cost that is automatically applied to each shipment for the service offered and visible in the order summary as the final item "refrigerated shipping."

Due to retail pricing reasons, the speck slicing service is provided ONLY on whole sides of traditional 5kg speck or 7kg riserva speck, NOT on squared speck, whole pancetta or guanciale, or speck portions available on the online shop. Other products CANNOT be divided or modified from the indicated portions.

We divide the above-mentioned whole sides as a courtesy to our customers into a MAXIMUM OF 4 PIECES.

We are pleased that you have chosen our products for your purchases.

As we approach the Christmas period, order processing and delivery times may experience delays due to the intense flow of incoming orders, as well as shipping times by couriers due to the large number of packages in circulation during this time of year.

We recommend purchasing products well in advance of your desired delivery date, and storing the products in the refrigerator or a cool, dry place once the goods are delivered. Please note: Due to internal logistical reasons, we do not provide warehouse storage with requests to postpone shipping to a specific date for orders that have already been confirmed and paid, or are awaiting payment via bank transfer (maximum 7 days, after which the order is automatically cancelled if payment is not received)

For purchases made at retail locations, we wait for the goods to be delivered to our headquarters in Cavalese (TN) by the colleague responsible for weekly collection (one day per week for each store). After that, the goods are shipped based on the pickup days scheduled by the refrigerated courier, as specified in the dedicated section of our online shop (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning), or by express courier with daily pickup.

As soon as the goods arrive at our headquarters, we will make it our priority to ship them as soon as possible.

We apologize, but due to logistical and organizational reasons, we are unable to hold paid orders in our warehouse. As soon as an order is received and payment has been made, the goods will be shipped within the timeframes indicated in the dedicated shipping section of the shop.

We recommend considering the date you place your order based on your needs. Once the goods are delivered, we recommend keeping them refrigerated or in a cool place.

For bank transfer payments, the only non-immediate payment method we accept, we wait for official confirmation from our bank that the transaction has been completed (approximately 2 business days). After that, the order will be processed and shipped within the timeframes indicated in the dedicated shop section.

You will receive further information via email or SMS from the courier once the goods have been picked up.

For products sold on the online shop, gift wrapping is not available, except for the pre-packaged "gift ideas" already present on the site in the dedicated section.

These gift sets, offered in various sizes and contents, cannot be modified due to retail pricing reasons, except for a minimum order of 20 pieces each.

Alternatively, we suggest purchasing empty gift boxes in various sizes, which you can then fill as you wish once the goods are delivered to your address.

The distinctive feature of this speck is precisely the amount of fat present, which is higher than that of traditional speck, with an 8-month aging process.

Our Speck Riserva aged for 12 months comes from a 100% Italian supply chain of pigs with a higher fat content. For us, this fat is synonymous with excellent quality because it allows us to age the product for up to a year, giving the meat sweetness and tenderness. Without it, we couldn't achieve our premium product.

Traditional speck with 8 months of aging actually has less fat, and the aging process is stopped earlier specifically to keep it tender and sweet. If aged for more months, the final product would become hard and dry.
