Shipping Times and Costs
The goods will be shipped within 24/48 hours after receipt of payment. The products are vacuum-packed to ensure their preservation during transport.

Italy
Orders without refrigerated shipping are collected by the courier on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders with refrigerated shipping are collected on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays via a refrigerated courier (refrigerated truck), which guarantees the maintenance of the cold chain at every stage of transport and storage, with products kept in dedicated cold storage facilities.
Delivery generally takes 4–5 working days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery times depend on the courier's delivery schedule, which varies by region. The refrigerated courier does not operate daily like a standard express courier, but guarantees the correct temperature-controlled preservation of all products at every stage of the journey.
To receive information about the shipping status, it is necessary to provide a mobile phone number and email address when completing the order. The courier will provide shipping and tracking information via SMS or EMAIL after taking charge of the order shipment.
Delivery by Christmas for orders completed by December 14th, 2025 with immediate payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Not valid for bank transfer. Note: During the pre-Christmas and Christmas period, order processing and shipping times may experience delays due to increased order volume and courier workload.
Please pay close attention to the package condition upon delivery and do not accept visibly damaged packages or packages re-sealed with transparent/brown tape.
Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark
International orders are collected by the courier on Mondays and Wednesdays. Shipments are made via express courier with thermal insulation packaging and dry ice, ensuring product preservation throughout transport at all times of the year.
For Germany and Austria, a surcharge of € 7.00 for refrigerated shipping is available.
Delivery generally takes 4–5 working days from the shipping date.
Other EU Countries
Orders are collected by the courier on Mondays and Wednesdays. Shipments are made via express courier with thermal insulation packaging and dry ice at a cost of € 24.90.

We are sorry but we do not ship to Norway, Malta, England, Canary Islands and Switzerland.
