Tito Speck: a timeless passion

Tito Braito, master butcher and founder of the family business of the same name, was known in Val di Fiemme for his speck and salami specialties, würstel and meats. In his speck there is the scent of the woods and the aromas of his salami remain etched in the memory.

Today, the image of Tito, painted next to the door of his Maso, welcomes those who stop to share a meal in company or to buy one of his specialties.

And you can almost see him smiling again, pleased with his legacy. Tito and Val di Fiemme represent our roots, and it is from our land that we draw the resources that allow us to produce speck and cured meats according to ancient customs rooted in the past. Today, Tito Speck products are sold in over 10 Tito Speck stores in Trentino and South Tyrol.
