Withdrawal form

You may withdraw from your contract within 14 days, without having to give any reason. Use this form to declare your withdrawal easily online. Please enter the details below and complete the process by clicking „Confirm withdrawal" – your declaration will then be submitted with legal effect. You will subsequently receive a confirmation of receipt, including the date and time, by e-mail to the address you provided.

Please note: processing is only possible if the e-mail address and order number match.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods that perish quickly or whose minimum durability date would soon be exceeded.
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal was removed after delivery.
