Are the products shipped vacuum-sealed?
Yes, all cured meats and cheeses are vacuum-packed before shipment with the exception of whole sides of bacon and small salami, which can however be vacuum-packed if requested in the order notes.
Can custom gift packages be created?
Custom gift boxes are made only for quantities greater than 20 per type. Alternatively, you can buy the empty wooden boxes and purchase the desired products separately; you can then create the package once you have received the goods.
Is it possible to add more products once the order has been placed?
Unfortunately no, we are unable to manage such requests. It is only possible to cancel the order by sending an email to shop@titospeck.it with the order number.
Are the cured meats gluten-free and lactose-free?
Yes, all Tito Speck products, therefore cured meats, salami, frankfurters and cooked cured meats are gluten-free and lactose-free.
How long will it take for the order to arrive?
From the moment of shipment, the order will arrive at its destination in approximately 3-4 working days. During days with a higher volume of orders, we ask for your understanding regarding possible slight delays.

Es ist alles Super von euch und schmeckt auch hervorragend. Kaufen seit Jahren bei Ihnen und sind immer zufrieden gewesen. Einziger Nachteil, wenn ich bei euch im Laden eingekauft hatte (für die gleiche Summe wie auch bei der Bestellung ) haben wir immer eine Salami gratis dazu bekommen.
