Copperless high fermentation beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized, characterized by a typical biscuit malt. In the finish, a pleasant bitter,lasting but not too much, which makes Bitter OwlL a well balanced beer. Goes well with roast chicken, cheese and pork. The biscuit malt note brings out walnut and raisin based sweets.
