Tito Braito, the founder of the family business

Tito Braito, master butcher and founder of the homonymous family business, was known in Val di Fiemme for his Speck ham and his specialities of salami, würstel and meat. In his Speck ham there is the scent of the woods and the aromas of his salami remain etched in the memory.

Today the image of Tito, painted next to the door of his “Maso”, welcomes those who stop to share a meal with friends or to buy one of his specialities. He’s there, smiling, pleased about what he left us.

Some of the products are made directly on-site at “Maso dello Speck”

Tito and Val di Fiemme represent our roots and we draw from our land the resources that allow us to produce Speck ham and cured cold meats according to traditional habits rooted in the past. Today, Tito Speck offers its products in more than 10 stores in Trentino and South Tyrol.

We are open daily from 9 am all-year-round.
We serve hot meals from 12 am to 2:30 pm, and again from 7 to 9:30 pm
