Chestnut honey

Produced in Valsugana in the wild chestnut woods at 800 meters above sea level.
On the nose, aromas of wood, smoke and tannic odors emerge.
Bitter, woody on the palate, cocoa beans.
Generally it crystallizes slowly but a slight presence of other nectars can give rise to a generally non-homogeneous crystallization.
Fantastic in combination with tasty mature cheeses.
