Fir Honeydew

Francesco Mezzo, jar, 400 g

Produced at 1100 meters above sea level in spruce forests, a Slow Food presidium.
Immediately on the nose is the smell of fir resin, chocolate, candied citrus peels and hints of smoke.
On the palate it is medium sweet with evident notes of malt and caramel.
Fantastic in combination with tasty mature cheeses.
