Produced in the Lagorai chain at 1600 meters above sea level. It represents the high altitude honey par excellence.
On the nose ethereal and faint with snow, fresh flowers.
In the mouth sweet, delicate, not very persistent; fresh and floral flavors and light hints of wild thyme.
Clear liquid, crystallizes fine and creamy, with crystals pleasant on the palate. Creamy crystallized.
